With an extensive background in the commodity and specialty chemical markets, Alyssa is a dynamic leader that brings a strong knowledge base of the chemical industry and a keen understanding of the needs of its customers. As Business Director for Sensi360, Alyssa works closely with the team to ensure they exceed customer expectations by tailoring solutions to each unique customer’s needs while driving strategic alignment with Sensient Technologies. “Our team is well positioned to not only offer leading-edge technology to the market, but the technical expertise needed to support the needs of our exceptional customer base,” she notes.
Alyssa’s career began in chemical distribution, where she was responsible for management and new business development of key strategic accounts in the metal finishing, manufacturing and oil and gas sector. She then moved into the Product Manager role, where she managed multi-million dollar product portfolios for leading chemical manufacturers. She was responsible for the development and execution of business plans that included channel demographics and strategies for handling pricing, supply chain, market development campaigns and competitive landscape.
She currently resides in Kirkland, WA with her husband, Jake and children, Ava Belle & Jaxson. She enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with her friends and family.

Chad is an innovative business strategist. By bringing together new web technologies, advanced business models, and elegant business process frameworks, Chad creates highly successful and profitable businesses focused on the materials industry.
Chad's involvement in the industry began when he joined an Eastman Chemical subsidiary as a field sales representative. He later transitioned to the distribution industry by joining Univar and over the following decade progressed through a variety of field and corporate leadership roles. In 1999, Chad founded ChemPoint.com, where he served as managing director/president for 10 years before co-founding Xenon Arc in 2010.
Chad met his wife of more than 30 years at Washington State University, where he also received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering. When not disrupting industry business processes, Chad spends his time with his family enjoying Washington’s great outdoors – gardening, fishing, golfing, and skiing.

David works closely with clients to identify, create, implement, and execute innovative business solutions that generate sustainable value. His calm and empathetic listening style provides clients with the confidence and loyalty to make bold, game changing moves to improve profitability and company sustainability.
David blends his extensive experiences - having held positions of increasing responsibilities throughout his career at leading specialty chemical producers such as Hexion, Momentive and Mallard Creek Polymers, with the perspective of having worked for one of the largest global distributors, Univar - to develop customized, client ‘fitting’, agile process enhancements that drive growth and improve profitability for clients that embrace challenging the status quo.
Originally from the Northwest, he graduated from Arizona State University. He now resides in North Carolina and continues to enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities, restoring vintage autos and helping his wife maintain their 105-year-old Queen Ann home.

David is a highly experienced business technology and strategic leader with 15 years of experience across Digital Strategy, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing and other technology-enabled solutions. He specializes in catalyzing organizations to achieve higher profits and increased performance through the development of pragmatic, agile and extensible solutions.
David began his consulting career with IBM as a Services Leader and then transitioned into strategic account management as a Client Executive. He later joined a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft and was asked to grow new client development. Through the years, David has utilized a variety of tools and techniques to develop and close strategic solutions for clients across many industries such as Energy, Healthcare and Retail, to name a few.
David attended Texas A&M University earning a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from The University of Texas. David enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his extended family of over six siblings and many nieces and nephews.

James helps businesses achieve their potential by reducing complexity and streamlining processes to enable transformative change. He has extensive experience collaborating with clients to analyze their competitive position, cost structure and legacy processes, to develop price optimization, channel management, supply chain and other business process enhancements.
Before joining Xenon Arc, James held significant senior commercial roles at Dow Chemical and Chemtura, before founding and serving as President of 917 Consulting, Inc. James combines these valuable experiences with his keen analytical skills to further drive Xenon Arc’s advanced distribution solutions that continue to disrupt the industrial materials distribution industry.
James is a graduate of Brigham Young University with degrees in Finance and International Marketing. He’s a proud grandfather, an accomplished runner, and he often drives much too fast at the racetrack.
VICE PRESIDENT OF CLIENT DEVELOPMENT
Jeff melds market insight, technological savvy and business acumen with a collaborative approach to client needs, allowing him to shape unique solutions that deliver long term value. Jeff uses sound marketing principles supported by proven business processes and innovative technologies to create sustainable differentiation in the B2B marketplace.
In more than 20 years at Univar, Jeff rose through various sales, marketing and leadership positions at the local and corporate levels. He then moved to ChemPoint, where he served as Vice President of Business Development before joining Xenon Arc. He has been a voice of innovation and progress throughout his career in the chemical industry.
Jeff holds a B.S. in Microbiology from Arizona State University. He passed on his interest in life sciences to his two children, both of whom are pursuing STEM degrees. When he can carve out the time, Jeff enjoys fishing and gardening.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND TECHNOLOGY
James is an accounting, finance, and technology leader that thrives in a fast-paced environment. He is skillful at breaking down complex issues, finding solutions and has a reputation for getting things done.
Throughout his career, James has applied his extensive M&A, tax, SEC reporting, forecasting, and ERP implementation experiences to a variety of industries including oil, telecommunications, internet, and wholesale distribution. He relishes the innovative, “whitewater” environment of Xenon Arc, developing and implementing disruptive solutions that drive value for all company stakeholders.
James is a native Washingtonian and graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Business Administration-Accounting. He spent many years volunteering in the local community in Rotary, coaching youth sports, and as a school district advisor for high school business curriculum. In his off hours, he spends time with his family and loves live music, skiing, travel, and finding new restaurants.

Lukasz is an experienced business leader building winning teams and translating strategies into sustainable and profitable growth. Lukasz focuses on building long term relationships to reach common goals in the marketplace. His teams excel in sales and operations management, efficient and disciplined business process and identifying market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Lukasz has more than 12 years of experience working in the industrial markets gaining insights into Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing. He started his career at BASF and has been continuously developing his skills at LyondellBasell and Cristal before joining XenonArc in 2011.
A native of Poland, Lukasz has lived in Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands. He holds a master’s degree in Economics from the Poznan Business University, where he majored in Trade and Marketing. In his free time Lukasz enjoys following his culinary passion and testing new recipes from around the world on his family and friends.

Mica has held several leadership roles in business development, sales & marketing in the chemical industry. She has a strong passion for leading teams, creating meaningful change and advancing thinking related to increasing value from typically underserved markets. Consistently recognized for her contribution to her clients’ success, Mica has helped improve profitability and drive exceptional value within SME/SMB customer segments.
Prior to her current role at Xenon Arc, Mica was in sales & product leadership at ChemPoint, focusing on chemical sales in the food, pharma & personal care markets where she was recognized for her passion for helping others advance. In her current role, Mica provides guidance and direction for two of our principal XA Direct client relationships.
Mica is a graduate of University of Washington, with a degree in English Literature. She’s a mother of two great kids, loves road trips, live music and exploring the pacific northwest. She’s also a passionate advocate for women in leadership, sitting on the board for the Women’s Global Leadership Initiative since 2017.
Paul blends a dynamic, fast-paced leadership style, and strategic vision with strong operational and financial acumen to deliver results and create significant value for clients, customers and shareholders. He joined Xenon Arc in 2013 as its Chief Financial Officer. He believes in innovation and knows how to support and motivate entrepreneurial creativity with solid, process-oriented execution.
Before coming to Xenon Arc, Paul held leadership roles at several consumer products businesses, including President and CFO of Contour, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of hands-free action cameras; the VP of Finance at Jarden Corporation, an $8 billion publicly-traded consumer products company, and VP & Treasurer Central Garden & Pet, a $1.7 billion business.
After many formative years living and studying abroad – including Southeast Asia and Europe – Paul returned to the US where he earned his BA in International Relations and MBA in Finance from Boston University. He is also an accomplished endurance athlete, golfer and skier.
Felipe has more than 10 years of experience in the Chemical Industry holding leadership positions in supply-chain, production and sales. He joined Xenon Arc in 2013 launching our South American operations. Felipe’s role has since expanded and his responsibilities now include oversight of our European operations, developing client relationships, driving business and profitability performance, and team development.
Felipe began his career at Ashland Inc. where he held a wide range of positions and was exposed to a variety of business opportunities and institutional dynamics. He successfully navigated through different areas of the organization, leading different types of teams and while further honing his natural, “can-do” leadership style.
Born in Brazil and currently living in The Netherlands, Felipe holds a Chemical Engineering degree and MBA in Business Administration. During his free time, he enjoys travel and spending time with family and friends. Fan of outdoor activities, he is a marathon runner and swimmer.
