With an exceptional international business background, it should surprise no one that Allison flawlessly wears multiple hats as the Commercial Leader for one of our extraprises. She serves as sales team manager while also delivering on strategic account sales, marketing and product management, as well as building financial models and performing data analytics.
In these roles, Allison serves internally to improve and implement sales forecasting tools, create and deliver sales campaigns and marketing processes, and drive technology and process innovations and efficiencies. From a client- and customer-facing perspective, she also maps the market for new products and end users, offers insights into evolving market trends, and creates new opportunities for Xenon arc, our clients, and their customers.

With a B.S. in International Business from Northeastern University, including a Dual Degree Exchange Program at NEOMA Business School in France, Allison worked coast to coast and in Paris before joining Xenon arc. In her down time, you can find Allison exploring all the activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer from hiking and kayaking, to experiencing the restaurant, brewery, and winery scene.
