Commercial Lead
Ben brings a commitment to holistic customer service to his role as Commercial Lead, where he oversees 180 accounts and a $6 million book of business on behalf of Xenon arc’s clients. Finely tuned communication skills — including a deep ability to listen with an open mind and hear what people aren’t saying as much as what they vocalize, help him to manage the dynamic expectations of all stakeholders and advocate for their needs.
Constantly striving to be a reliable resource in a thoughtful capacity, Ben wears many hats, managing relationships as well as sales, accounting, and reporting requirements. On any given day, he might handle a variety of challenges. However, every day has one thing in common — you’ll find Ben serving as a liaison between Xenon arc clients and their customers to facilitate growth, optimize business practices, and smoothly manage trends and challenges in the industry.

Driven by his passion for shining a light on people with different backgrounds and experiences, particularly the LGBTQ community, people of color, and the intersectionality of both, Ben wants to create a legacy of equity and compassion born of deeper understanding by promoting diversity and inclusion. To that end, he devotes much of his off-work time as Senior Tenor in the Seattle Men’s Chorus which provides a great opportunity to build community, illuminate the experiences of LGBTQ people and their allies, expand inclusion, and inspire justice.
